  • In the heart of Africa, hidden beneath thick layers of jungle and mist, there lived five white gorillas — creatures that no one had truly seen, yet whose legend was carved deep into the land’s soul. Villagers called them ghosts of the forest, cursed beings. But for Nyah, a young girl with wild hair and wilder dreams, they were something else — something she couldn't yet name.

Nyah would walk alone where no one dared go, collecting herbs, listening to the wind. That’s when she saw it — a shadow in the trees, massive and pale. Her breath caught. A white gorilla stood watching her, not with rage, but with a gaze full of understanding. Moments later, four more appeared, surrounding her, not threatening, but curious. And in that moment, something ancient shifted inside her.

She returned, again and again, drawn to them like a secret calling her name. Over time, she grew closest to the leader, Ramu. He was calm, wise, his eyes holding centuries of pain and patience. But there was another — Kael, younger, reckless, with fire behind his silence. Where Ramu offered warmth, Kael stirred something raw in her.

One stormy night, Nyah found herself trapped in the wild as lightning cracked the sky. She sought shelter in a hidden cave. And there, Ramu and Kael found her. Without words, they lay beside her, offering warmth, protection. Their bodies were not just beast — they shimmered between forms, their human souls reaching for her through fur and flesh. That night, something happened — something tender, something forbidden. In the silence, surrounded by breath and heartbeat and shadow… the line between them blurred.

When dawn broke, everything had changed. Nyah stood in the light, her body trembling with questions. Ramu looked at her as if he already knew. Kael stayed behind, watching from the dark.

Weeks passed. Nyah fainted in the village. The healer touched her belly and went pale. She was with child.

The whispers began. The villagers feared her. Her grandmother, with tears in her eyes, begged her to confess what she had done.

“They’re not animals,” Nyah said softly. “They’re… more.”

The jungle brothers began to fight. Ramu confronted Kael. Though neither spoke, their roars shook the trees. Nyah tried to stop them, crying, torn in half. “This isn’t about who I chose… I never meant to choose at all.”

Desperate for answers, Nyah performed an ancient ritual beneath the sacred tree. Visions came — a baby, glowing white, its eyes shifting between Ramu’s blue calm and Kael’s golden fire. Then, screaming, darkness.

    And then, the birth.

In a small hut near the river, during a violent storm, Nyah gave birth alone. Her cries merged with thunder. Finally, silence fell. The child was born — pale as snow, beautiful, otherworldly. But its eyes… they changed. One moment blue. The next, gold. Nyah stared in disbelief.

“Whose child are you?” she whispered.

Days later, she walked among the forest sanctuary holding the baby. Ramu watched. Kael stood far behind. Both silent. Both uncertain.

The baby let out a soft coo — then a small growl, deep and inhuman.

    No one spoke.

And in the hush that followed, only one truth remained:

The child had come. But no one knew whose blood truly lived inside it.

Some loves awaken life. Others awaken questions that the jungle will never answer.
